Added features:

• Cleaned up visuals of the user interface
  
• Update not performed on library management changes
• Default to no shows transcoded when shows added to management window
• Added approximate time remaining in queue
  
• Enabled better resizing of form
• Form splitters used to resize form internals
• A few bugs fixed

Also, I have added a forum. While I don't mind receiving improvement suggestions via email, it might be better to discuss future improvements of the software on the forum. I will be posting new versions there as well as answering any questions/issues people are having with the software. I've added a link to the forum on the right side of this page.
